The Key. 

House: When you open the right hand drive gate, the key safe is on the rear of the gatepost with a front door key.

Barns: The keysafe is to the left of Merlin Barn front door & right of High Barn front door.

Combination is the first four letters of your name on a phone key pad; e.g. SMITh= 7648.   Enter the combination and the key safe opens downwards.
