Merlin Cottages is a complex of three picturesque holiday cottages with accommodation for 5 to 16 visitors in the Heart of Wales bordering the Brecon Beacons National Park and Carmarthenshire. Self catering or serviced accommodation is available with great visitor feedback on tripadvisor.  The cottages are conveniently located 3 miles off the A40 between Brecon and the historic town of Llandovery.  The Crychan Forest is in walking distance with miles of trails for walkers and cyclists.

Legend has it that Carmarthenshire is the birthplace of Merlin.  It stretches from its pristine beaches in the West and the Black Mountain range in the Brecon Beacons National Park in the East.   It is an ideal base to explore South and West Wales with lots of places around one hour’s drive on open uncongested roads.
